As a mom, sport science student, and wellness advocate living in the UK, I understand the challenges of juggling multiple responsibilities while staying committed to personal growth. My approach is grounded in discipline, authenticity, and evidence-based strategies, ensuring that every step of your journey is meaningful and impactful. I’ve been through my own phases—moments of doubt, immense growth, and rediscovering my strength—and I’m here to show you how small, consistent actions can lead to life-changing transformations.

My Story

​

My journey began with a deep desire to transform my own life. In March 2024, I embarked on a weight-loss journey, starting at 115 kg. Through unwavering discipline, I’ve lost over 32 kg, surpassing my goals and rediscovering the joy of movement, strength, and confidence. This personal transformation fuels my passion to help others achieve their own breakthroughs.

My body has been through many phases—beginning with post-pregnancy recovery, navigating weight loss, and now focusing on building lean muscle and strength. I understand how our bodies change and adapt, and I’m here to guide you through every stage with compassion and actionable advice. I’ve learned how to listen to my body, honor its needs, and take control of my health in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. I’ve also faced challenges, from navigating motherhood to overcoming anxiety and physical limitations. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience, adaptability, and the power of self-belief. Whether it’s coaching a client to confidently perform burpees, guiding someone to incorporate simple but effective exercises into their routine, or recommending better food choices and energizing juices, I’m committed to making a positive impact in people’s lives.
